• 3-5 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate, comprehensive medication history from patients.
• Interview patients to obtain complete medication history.
• Communicate with outside sources to determine all current and active medications.
• Evaluate medication adherence based on patient interview.
• Accurately document current medication history for physician reconciliation.

Education

Pharmacy Technician License

Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)

Pharmacy Technician (AAH)

Nationally Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician
