Job summary

Good Samaritan in Windom, MN is seeking a Medication Assistant (MA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a charge nurse.

You will administer prescribed medications, document care, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, bathing, dressing, and mobility to create a positive dining and living experience for residents across facilities within a 75-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have CNA certification per state requirements and be registered where applicable.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance as assigned.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
