Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician in Livermore, CA, to supervise and assist with medication administration for residents and provide direct personal care. You will collaborate with housekeepers and maintenance staff to uphold the community’s standards of care.

Qualifications include 1 year RCFE medication assistance experience, 18+ years old, HS diploma (LVN a plus), and proficiency with MS Office. We offer benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience assisting with medication at RCFE or similar setting.
• State requirements may require completion of training/certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy and physician.
• Track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
