Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Medication Technician to supervise and assist with medications for residents at Ivy Park at San Ramon. You will provide direct care and support activities, coordinating with pharmacies, physicians, and staff to ensure accurate medication delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of RCFE med experience, are 18+, and can pass background/health screening. Training/certification requirements may apply; familiarity with MS Office is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience assisting with medication in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
• State regulation may require completion of training/certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
