Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Living communities, seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents. You will provide direct personal care and engage residents in activities while collaborating with housekeepers and maintenance to support our mission and values.

Requirements include at least 1 year in medication assistance at an RCFE or similar setting, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care.
• Ability to communicate written and verbal information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment by following established safety standards.
• Support teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff across departments.
