Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, document meds per physician orders and protocols; ensure proper storage and disposal.
• Health Monitoring: observe changes in health, record vital signs, assist with basic healthcare tasks.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships, encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures; maintain organized medication carts and records; respond to emergencies.
