The ideal candidate holds an active Medication Aide certification, has at least 1 year in healthcare or senior living, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, compassion, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document meds per orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe changes, record vitals, and report concerns.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control and regulatory requirements; organized records.
