Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe resident health, monitor vitals, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Resident Engagement: foster compassionate relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control practices and keep medication carts and records organized.
