Sinceri Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to provide medication assistance and daily living support to residents in a residential or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining the medication cart, accurate documentation, assisting with daily living tasks, and promptly reporting changes to a licensed nurse. A high school diploma is preferred; English communication is required.

Formación

• Must read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Must be able to perform job duties with or without accommodation
• Medication Aide training and state certification where required

Responsabilidades

• Provides medication assistance for residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy
• Maintains the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner
• Ensures accurate medication counts and security of cart/storage room
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Engages residents in conversation and activities while providing personal care and medication assistance
• Documents medication administration records and incident reports timely
