Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide / Caregiver to support our residents in a warm, team-oriented community in Kenosha, WI. The role focuses on safe med administration, documentation, and assisting with daily living activities while delivering compassionate care.

You will maintain a secure med cart, observe changes in residents, participate in dining assistance, and complete required paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience as a Caregiver or CNA in senior care.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete Medication Aide training/certification (as required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation per state regulations.
• Maintain medication cart accuracy and security.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Engage residents with meaningful conversation and activities.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Support dining and light housekeeping as needed
