Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must hold a medication pass certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR card required.
• Maintains current Food Handlers card.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as per physician orders.
• Maintains accurate medication records for residents.
• Communicates effectively with staff and families about medication needs.
• Assists with daily living activities (ADLs) as needed.
• Attends required meetings and trainings.
