Qualifications

• CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Medication pass certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR Card.
• Food Handlers card.
• Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• General computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of routine and non-injectable medications.
• Record medications and treatments on the resident's clinical record.
• Document narcotics and report medication errors promptly.
• Notify and report changes in resident conditions to supervisors and physicians.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, families; observe residents' condition.
