Senior Resource Group (SRG) is seeking Med Aides to assist with resident medication delivery and daily living activities in Assisted Living. You will document and report resident conditions, coordinate with healthcare providers, and support a safe, caring environment.

The role requires Arizona caregiver certification, First Aid/CPR, and experience with medication management systems; weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Six months of related work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, and payroll ADP is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and assist with medications as prescribed.
• Document medications administered in the eMAR system.
• Communicate changes in medication orders to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Record changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR and report to the Nurse/Director.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication area and ensure proper labeling and storage.
