Job summary

Senior Resource Group (SRG) in Tucson, AZ seeks Med Aide to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with medication delivery, ADLs, and monitoring resident conditions in collaboration with the Director and nursing staff.

You will document in Yardi EHR, communicate with healthcare providers and families, and maintain medication areas and logs. State caregiver certification and First Aid/CPR are required, with ongoing training and compliance with licensing

Qualifications

• Arizona caregiver certification is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• State regulatory certifications and ongoing training are required.
• Six months of experience in a related position is required.
• Comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with medications as prescribed.
• Document medications given in eMAR and report discrepancies.
• Communicate changes in medication orders to residents, providers, and family.
• Observe and document changes in resident conditions in EHR notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication room and inventory.
• Participate in weekly medication audits and trainings.
