Job summary

Senior Resource Group seeks a dedicated Med Aide/CNA to assist with resident medication delivery, daily living activities, and condition monitoring in our assisted living and memory care settings. You will document care in Yardi EHR, coordinate with nurses and families, and help ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Job involves strict infection control, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with care teams to enhance quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication delivery and management in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Document medications given in eMAR and communicate changes to care team.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR notes.
• Assist residents with ADLs and provide daily living support.
• Maintain medication room and ensure proper labeling and storage.
