Job summary

Senior Resource Group seeks a compassionate Med Aide to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with medication delivery, document care in the charting system, and monitor resident conditions to report changes promptly.

You will work with the care team to ensure accurate medication management, observe health status, and maintain a clean, organized care environment while following infection control policies.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training requirements.
• Six-month experience in related position.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with medications as prescribed to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Document medications given and/or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate medication changes to residents, healthcare providers, family/POA, and director/nurse.
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR progress notes.
• Document and follow up on resident concerns on the End of Shift Report.
• Maintain medication room, med carts, and medication storage.
• Notify director/nurse of any medication discrepancies.
• Provide first aid and respond to medical emergencies.
• Document alert charting and monthly weights in Yardi EHR.
