Senior Resource Group, LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking Med Aides to assist with resident medication delivery and daily living activities in assisted living and memory care settings.

You will document in eMAR, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the director, nurses, and caregivers to ensure safe, compassionate care while following infection control and confidentiality policies.

Arizona caregiver certification and First Aid/CPR are required, with on-going training and licensing compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Arizona Caregiver Certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Six-month experience in related position; licensing compliance.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management per care plan.
• Document medications given or not given in eMAR and progress notes.
• Communicate medication changes to residents, providers, and families.
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain medication room and perform narcotic counts.
• Assist residents with ADLs and collaborate with caregivers to improve care.
• Follow infection control procedures and protect confidentiality.
