Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking Med Aide support in Phoenix, AZ to assist with resident medication delivery, daily living activities, and observation of resident conditions. The role requires CNA experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The Med Aide will document care in Yardi EHR, coordinate with healthcare providers and families, and participate in regular medication audits while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with SRG policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA or experienced caregiver.
• First Aid or CPR certification required.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training.
• Six months of related position experience.
• Must comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with medications as prescribed for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Document medications given and/or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate changes in medication orders to residents, providers, families, and directors.
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR progress notes.
• Document and follow up on resident concerns in shift reports.
• Assist with completing tasks and data entry in Yardi EHR.
