Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• Experience in daily resident care per care plans is expected.
• Ability to work every other weekend and 6am–2pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks and personal needs.
• Record changes in residents’ condition and report to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas.
• Escort residents to activities and meals as needed.
• Protect residents' privacy and comply with health information policies.
