The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Medication Aide or Certified Caregiver to join our Glendale, AZ community. The role administers medications and assists residents with daily living in accordance with state requirements and facility policies.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to new employees. Ideal candidates have completed medication assistance training and possess up-to-date certification; CPR is preferred.

Competenze

• Successful completion of medication assistance training in compliance with state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification requirements according to state regulations.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observe residents taking medications and document effects in medication records.
• Communicate concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain independence and dignity.
• Demonstrate compassionate, professional conduct and teamwork.
