Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care for residents and assist with daily living activities. The role includes helping with prescribed medications, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting concerns to supervisors as needed.

The position requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, completion of a Medication Aide Course, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course and pass observations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Report incidents and resident status to appropriate staff.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure safety of residents.
• Document all medication administration in EMAR/MAR and daily log.
