Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate Med Techs to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll provide quality care to our residents while ensuring medications are administered safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CNA certification required and active.
• Current Wisconsin Medication Aide certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and facility policies.
• Document medication administration and resident responses accurately.
• Monitor resident changes and report concerns to the nurse promptly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team.
• Assist with resident care and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate and dependableMed Techs to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll provide quality care to our residents while ensuring their medications are administered safely and accurately.

Hiring for AM 7a-7p or PM 7p-7a!

Med Tech Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification in Wisconsin
• Current Wisconsin Medication Aide certification- REQUIRED
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team
• Assist with resident care and support as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
• Follow all medication administration, infection control, and safety prodecures
