Medical Suites at Oak Creek in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in a full-time or PRN capacity. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide care to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure comfort and well-being.

Active Wisconsin CNA certification and experience in long-term care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in Wisconsin
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs
