Job summary

The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mancos, CO is seeking dedicated Medication Aides to join our compassionate team and support resident well-being. Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado.
• Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations.
• Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans.
• Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
• Assist in promoting residents’ independence and overall well-being.
