Job summary

The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mancos, CO is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to join our caring team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals, follow dietary plans, and help maintain clean dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
• Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans.
• Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of our residents’ nutrition and well-being.
