Job summary

The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mancos, CO is seeking dedicated Medication Aides to join our compassionate team and support resident well-being. Must have current Colorado CNA license and Colorado Medication Aide certification; we offer competitive pay, daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado.
Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines.
Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse.
Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations.
Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans.
Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
Assist in promoting residents’ independence and overall well-being.
