Legacy Community Health is seeking a Medication Adherence Technician Supervisor (MAAT) in Houston. You’ll lead the MAAT team, manage scheduling and staffing, and coach staff to improve patient access to medications and adherence support.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, data-driven quality improvement, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a community health setting.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a current PTCB certificate.
• Must be registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be able to pass a math test pertinent to retail pharmacy activities.
• Must maintain required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily workflow of the MAAT team.
• Prepare schedules for the area of responsibility while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Assess staffing levels and identify scheduling needs to support patient care.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring in line with policy.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff on performance.
