Qualifications

• 6+ years of actuarial experience required.
• ASA or FSA designation required; MAAA highly preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage pricing, bid development and actuarial tool development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Medicare strategic initiatives and planning.
• Own tools and processes to support internal users’ needs.
• Train and develop direct report(s) in actuarial skills and Medicare program basics.
• Present results (pricing, risks, opportunities) to internal partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address key organizational issues.
