Job summary

Centene is seeking a senior program manager to lead a team responsible for the strategic and operational execution of state and national health care initiatives. You will oversee a large, complex budget and drive cross-functional programs to deliver annual plans.

The role partners with finance and analytics to develop cost/benefit analyses, supports business case development, and tracks milestones across multiple projects to ensure timely completion and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of managed care experience in a HMO/MSO/provider setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for strategic and operational execution of state and national initiatives.
• Manage a large, complex budget and ensure timely, quality delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics to develop cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
• Integrate multiple project plans into a cohesive program with clear milestones and critical paths.
