Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in health care or insurance, and a track record of delivering end-to-end transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years health care or insurance industry experience having led large scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex large-scale work efforts across domains and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing processes; develop scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer, training and implementation.
• Drive consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity of project work to recommendations and implementation.
• Prepare executive level communications and presentations for stakeholders.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
