Job summary

The position emphasizes coaching, compliance with CMS guidelines, and ongoing performance tracking in a fast-paced environment. Local travel to care centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Management or 5 years in Medicare-related sales.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/Creole) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and guidance of sales team.
• Support Agents with marketing plans and goal attainment.
• Evaluate Agent presentation skills.
• Coach and re-train agents when applicable.
• Ensure agents comply with CMS guidelines and Claremedica’s Policies and Procedures.
• Monthly monitoring of sales agent and center metrics.
• Monitor sales agent complaints and resolve issues.
• Develop community and provider relations with health plans, brokers, and partners.
