Job summary

Claremedica is seeking a Community Marketing Associate to create and nurture relationships with local communities and senior-focused businesses, growing membership year-round. You will bring leads to tours and join our centers by designing events and cost-effective techniques to spark senior interest and participation.

You will work with CareMax center locations to drive growth, educate potential patients, cultivate partnerships, and coordinate local events to brand Claremedica as a top senior

Qualifications

• Goal driven with some sales experience.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal partners such as patients, vendors, medical staff, etc.
• Healthcare Sales experience in Managed Care is a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations is a plus.
• Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) skills required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present to large audiences.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• High School Diploma; bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and retention goals for CareMax center locations.
• Educate potential patients on CareMax value proposition and healthcare model.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and influencers to refer patients.
• Coordinate and execute local events (information tables, health fairs, lectures).
• Develop direct-to-seniors sales and partnerships for growth opportunities.
• Establish relationships with Event Coordinators from contracted health plan partners and create event opportunities.
• Maintain monthly activity/event calendar to maximize ROI.
• Engage with new patients post-appointment and perform 10/30/60/90‑day follow-ups.
