Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Management or Provider Relations, or 5+ years in Medicare sales.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish and Creole).
• Established relationships with health plans, providers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and guidance of the sales team.
• Monthly monitoring of sales metrics and centers.
• Develop community and provider relations with partners.
• Conduct sales training and on-boarding of new agents.
