Qualifications

• Goal driven with some sales experience.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal partners.
• Healthcare sales experience in Managed Care is a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations is a plus.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Strong oral and written communication; able to present to large audiences.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership by educating potential patients on CareMax value proposition.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and influencers.
• Coordinate local events (health fairs, tables, lectures) to reach the turning 65 population.
• Maintain lead data in the designated tracking tool and manage leads to drive growth.
• Nurture direct-to-seniors sales and partnerships to generate new opportunities.
