Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales objectives, guide the sales team, and build strategic community partnerships. The role includes coaching agents, monitoring performance, and coordinating with health plans and providers to reach organizational goals.

The position requires 2+ years in sales management or Medicare-related sales, strong Medicare knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual abilities (Spanish/Creole) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Management and/or Provider Relations or 5 years’ experience in Medicare related Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Driver’s license and dependable means of transportation.
• Experience with MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) required.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish and Creole).
• Existing relationships in the marketplace with Health Plans, FMO’s, community contacts/influencers, physicians, specialists, hospitals, nursing homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and guidance of sales team, including supporting agents with marketing plans and goal attainment.
• Monthly monitoring of sales metrics and center performance.
• Develop community and provider relations with health plans, centers, brokers and partners.
• Lead onboarding, training and annual re-certification for agents.
