Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Medicare sales professional to increase enrollment through direct sales and community outreach within assigned market areas. You will engage with dual-eligible individuals, explain product options, assist with enrollment, and track activities in Salesforce.

The role requires a current Life & Health license, strong communication skills, experience with health-insurance products, and the ability to travel locally to community events and outreach sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medicare/Medicaid or health-insurance sales experience.
• Active and unrestricted Life & Health license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multi-tasking and organization while engaging senior and low-income populations.
• Customer service and sales skills; strong communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Deploy sales strategies to generate referrals and leads via community events and outreach.
• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or group presentations.
• Aim to meet monthly sales goals set by leadership.
• Present to potential customers and tailor presentations to needs.
• Guide eligible individuals through enrollment and documentation processes.
• Provide clear information about product options, enrollment steps and contacts.
• Maintain sales activity records and update lead status in Salesforce.
• Travel locally within assigned sales territories.
