What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct personalized needs analyses for customers to understand their Medicare requirements.
  2. Walk customers through various Medicare plan options and help them make informed decisions.
  3. Enroll customers into the best-fitting Medicare plan, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest Medicare regulations and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to enhance overall customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.
What You'll Need

Candidate Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.
  2. Exceptional verbal communication skills can explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  3. Empathetic and compassionate approach towards customers, ensuring a supportive environment throughout the consulting process.
  4. Results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  5. Sales experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
