Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based care for Medicare populations at a single medical center in Georgia. This full-time, on-site role supports a large care team, emphasizing quality outcomes over volume.

You will diagnose and manage patients, coordinate with regional leadership, maintain EMR data, and participate in performance-based bonuses. New graduates encouraged; experienced physicians eligible for Center Medical Director path.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certified or eligible.
• Active, unrestricted state license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain EMR data using Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
