Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based healthcare to Medicare populations in a single medical center, supported by a large care team. The role emphasizes quality outcomes, preventive care and patient experience in a value-based model.

Position is full-time, on-site with 40 hours/week. Suitable for new graduates and potential for a Center Medical Director role for highly qualified candidates. Competitive base salary and bonuses reflect outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO graduate required.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
  • Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license required.
  • Active DEA license required.
  • U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients.
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
  • Work with Practice Managers to direct the centre care team.
