Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. The physician will work full-time at a single medical center, supported by large care teams, focused on quality of care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, directing primary care services, prescribing treatments, and maintaining EMR data. New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced clinicians may be considered for leadership roles

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate REQUIRED
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
• Active, unrestricted state license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• U.S. work authorization REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data using Canopy and Greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the centre care team
• Perform other duties as assigned
