Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare populations at a single medical center in New York. The role emphasizes health outcomes, preventive medicine, and patient experience with strong support from a large care team.

Eligible new graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is on-site, full-time, with a 40-hour week, and a base salary in a competitive range, plus bonuses tied to outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certified or board eligible.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain Patient EMR data using Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
