Job summary

Oak Street Health in Longview, TX is seeking an Outreach Executive I to develop relationships with Medicare seniors and convert them into patients. You will collaborate with Outreach Managers, Directors, and CRM teams to grow local patient volumes.

In this full-time role, you will generate leads through events and community outreach, prospect and cold call, and manage relationships with prospects and patients. Fluency in additional languages and US work authorization are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary).
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare senior communities through event execution and local outreach.
• Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing program familiarity through scheduled meetings.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads; nurture via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborate with CRM, Outreach Managers/Directors, and Insurance Agents to drive local lead generation.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
