Job summary

Oak Street Health in the United States is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors in local communities and guide them toward becoming patients of Oak Street Health.

You will work with Outreach Managers and Community Relationship Managers to drive local growth, generate leads through events, calls, and networking, and maintain records in the CRM. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base pay range of $18.50 to $35.29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to connect with and influence stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating external barriers to create positive experiences
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously across activities
• Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness
• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages common in target communities where needed
• US work Authorization required

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local outreach
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
• Prospect via cold calls, emails, and networking; follow up on new leads
• Nurture prospects to convert them into patients
• Collaborate with CRM, Outreach Manager and Director to drive local lead generation
• Maintain regular touchpoints with prospects to grow patient base
• Record customer data and activities in CRM and business systems
• Serve as liaison between clinical/center staff and patients
