Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I in Texas to engage Medicare seniors and convert them into patients. You will develop community relationships, manage inbound/outbound outreach, and use CRM tools to track leads and activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with managers and CRM teams to drive local patient growth. The position includes full-time hours, a base pay range, and eligibility for CVS Health bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
• Comfortable navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team.
• US work authorization is required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Sell and generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads; leverage digital channels and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs; attend scheduled meetings.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity in CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation.
