Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to develop relationships with Medicare seniors in the local community and convert them into patients. You will work with Outreach Managers, CRM, and center staff to drive new patient growth, with a focus on event execution and local outreach.

Required are the ability to connect with diverse communities, strong prioritization, and Spanish/other languages as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach and lead generation.
• Ability to engage Medicare seniors and convert interest to care.
• Comfort with multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, in-person).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging the Medicare senior community through events and local outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads.
• Collaborate with CRM, Outreach Manager, and Directors to drive local lead generation.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity in CRM.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical and center staff.
• Address concerns and route prospects to appropriate Oak Street Health personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
