Join a fast-growing boutique insurance agency focused on helping people understand their Medicare Benefits. We work with underserved populations to navigate Medicare and identify the best benefits for their needs. Ask Claire is seeking a remote telephonic Outreach Specialist to connect with Medicare beneficiaries and schedule appointments with our licensed Medicare agents. The successful candidate will build trust and rapport through genuine conversations, leading to scheduled appointments. They will maintain high productivity, discipline, and conversion rates to support Medicare beneficiaries effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Complete outbound calls daily to prospective beneficiaries, educate them about available benefits, secure the Scope of Appointment, and schedule plan presentations with licensed Medicare agents.
2. Maintain consistent productivity, enthusiasm, and energy during calls.
3. Master outreach workflows and scripts, developing a conversational style that highlights your personality and builds connections.
4. Engage effectively with members, probing needs and anticipating objections.
5. Attend team meetings and be accountable for your output.
6. Manage call follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and productivity tracking.
7. Go the extra mile to meet quotas.
8. Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.

Requirements

1. At least two years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center, with a background in Medicare products.
2. Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages.
3. Self-starter with proven ability to meet quotas in telesales or call center roles.
4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a strong work ethic.
5. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
6. Good memory and ability to explain services clearly to beneficiaries.
7. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude, comfortable engaging others over the phone.
8. Flexible schedule to work a set 40-hour weekly schedule, including occasional outside hours.
9. Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, multi-dialer systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
10. Commitment to a drug-free workplace, pre-employment testing, and background checks.
11. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
