Job Description
Summary: The Outreach Specialist is responsible for executing community outreach in designated regions to increase awareness, strengthen provider relationships, and support the referral pipeline for Step Ahead ABA. This part-time role is ideal for individuals well-connected in the local community, with strong communication skills, and a passion for increasing access to autism services.

Qualifications include excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to represent the brand professionally. Familiarity with community resources in the region is preferred.
This position is remote, requiring availability during scheduled hours, a quiet workspace, and adherence to company policies regarding offsite work and data privacy.
It involves regular travel within the region and requires reliable transportation, a smartphone, and flexible working hours.
Virtual Meetings/Trainings
Participants should minimize distractions, keep microphones muted unless speaking, and dress appropriately. No eating, smoking, or vaping during meetings. Full attention is expected during virtual sessions.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, and local travel between multiple locations. Comfort navigating various environments is necessary.
Required Education and Experience
This part-time role includes a 90-day introductory period. Duties and responsibilities may change, and employees must keep their work calendars updated.
