Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls, send emails, and perform direct outreach to potential home buyers and sellers
• Generate a minimum number of qualified real estate leads per week
• Educate prospects about our services and the home buying/selling process
• Qualify leads and transfer warm contacts to the lead agent
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, contact results, and lead status
• Support follow-up campaigns and assist in client relationship nurturing

Qualifications

• Experience incustomer service,telemarketing,sales,real estate, orlead generation
• Excellentphone communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to handle objections
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with a track record of meeting goals
• Familiarity withCRM tools, sales funnels, or real estate platforms is a plus
• Passion for real estate, sales, or client engagement
• Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently
