Job summary

ICCU is offering a remote, semester-long internship with the Medicare Team. You will initiate outbound calls to prospective members to prequalify and set qualified appointments for licensed Medicare agents, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation and client engagement.

As an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student, you will manage incoming leads, assist agents with calendars, and participate in mentorship to learn compliance and ethical sales practices, all while working 5–25 hours per

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Willingness to learn about Medicare products, ethics, and compliance.
• Must be eligible for ICCU membership.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents.
• Manage and organize incoming leads from campaigns, referrals, and outreach.
• Assist licensed agents with lead databases and appointment calendars.
• Participate in mentorship to gain insights into client interaction and compliance.
• Support additional administrative and outreach projects as assigned.
