Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Outreach Executive I at Oak Street Health to engage Medicare seniors in the local community and convert interest into patients. You will work with outreach managers and CRM teams to drive lead generation through events and targeted outreach.

The role requires confident relationship-building, prioritization, and a patient-centered approach, with multilingual capabilities a plus. Expect 40-hour weeks with benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local outreach.
• Maintain sales system knowledge and marketing programs through scheduled meetings.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads.
• Nurture prospects via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborate with CRM and Outreach team to drive local lead generation.
• Record customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Serve as contact for clinical/center teams about patient questions.
• Resolve concerns and guide prospects or patients to appropriate Oak Street Health staff.
